Comor’s ISO9001 certified Quality Management System ensures high quality products in a process controlled environment. We accomplish stable processes by standardizing our set-ups and monitoring systems; consistent inspection requirements and recording of the inspection data is key to our process control. We also require monitoring and recording of process parameters; tracking of this information is accomplished via a “job log” created for each press and each product. This enables a shift by shift analysis of product and process data.
The run to run consistency, control of variation is paramount to product consistency, a vital link to customer satisfaction.
